Each athlete receives a comprehensive assessment of all athletic skills: posture, movement, strength, power, mobility, endurance, agility. This data is used to develop an Individual Success Plan (ISP)
Individual Success Plan
The Individual Success Plan (ISP) is a personalized plan to help each athlete be the best version of themselves. The ISP is incorporated into a warm-up before every session, preparing the proper muscles before a workout and activating weak muscles.
Reassess
Progress is constantly monitored and reassessed throughout the training. This data is used to improve the program and help each athlete keep moving forward!
