Fast Forward NYC is a proud partner with VALD Performance. We use the HumanTrak, a markerless 3D movement analysis system that measures what the eye can’t see. 

Athletes receive a professional analysis to Assess a range of common single- and multi-joint movements in seconds.

 The VALD HumanTrak provides a comprehensive assessment typically only found in a biomechanics laboratory, but at Fast Forward NYC!

Our combine-like assessments will measure strength, power, mobility, grip strength, and endurance and prepare your athlete for the exact assessments found in combines and scout assessments. 

Using advanced timing gate technology, athletes will know to the 0.001 seconds their exact times in 10 yds, 40 yds, 60yd sprints, as well as shuttle-run agility and other similar assessments
